Bazaarbeque Vol. 6 Artist Contract


* Exhibition Dates - July 17th - August 21st, 2015

Artist Contract for Bazaarbeque Vol. 6

I agree on this date to allow,

Michael Abarca and Karl Anderson of FORUM artspace, 1300 West 78th St, Cleveland OH, 44102, Suite 103, (gallery@forumartspace.com), to represent me and my work (listed below) from July 17, 2015, through August 21, 2015. I agree to allow FORUM artspace 50% commission on all works sold in the duration the work is in the possession of FORUM artspace and I (artist) will receive the other 50% of any sale of my work. Payment will be made to artist pending final payment and pick-up of work by customer. If customer does not pay in full within two months of show closing, that sale will be null and void. FORUM artspace is not responsible for any work destroyed or damaged.

*All work must be delivered “ready to hang” or display. Artist will work with FORUM artspace on installation of work if FORUM requests assistance. Artist is responsible for pickup and delivery of own work. Final hanging, tags, and promotion will be handled by FORUM artspace. Additional promotion may be done by artist at her/his own cost. FORUM artspace reserves the right to reject or disclude any work deemed unacceptable for showing due to quality, condition, gallery space, or other curatorial reason. FORUM artspace retains the right to photograph work for promotional purposes. 

All unsold work must be picked up by artist no later than 8/31/2015.

*And remember Bazaarbeque is a Potluck and BBQ, so feel free to bring something for the grill or to share with your fellow Forumites.
