    Contract for Idea Culture's Re-Exhibition at the Myers School of Art

    * Idea Culture's Re-Exhibition will be held at The University of Akron's Myers School of Art (Folk Hall, 150 E. Exchange St. Akron, OH 44325) during regular business hours on May 7th & 8th.

    I (artist) agree to allow,

    Paul Woznicki, Michael Abarca, Christina Day, and Karl Anderson of FORUM artspace, 1300 West 78th St, Cleveland OH, 44102 (gallery@forumartspace.com), to represent me and my work (as submitted, exhibited and previously contracted) from May 3 2013, through May 17, 2013. I agree to allow FORUM artspace 50% commission on all works sold in the duration the work is in the possession of FORUM artspace and I will receive the other 50% of any sale of my work. Payment will be made to artist pending final payment and pick-up of work by customer. If customer does not pay in full within two months of show closing, that sale will be null and void. FORUM artspace is not responsible for any work destroyed or damaged.

    Artist is responsible for pickup and delivery of own work from FORUM artspace after the Myers School of Art showing. Final hanging, tags, and promotion will be handled by FORUM artspace. Additional promotion may be done by artist at her/his own cost. FORUM artspace reserves the right to reject or disclude any work deemed unacceptable for showing due to quality, condition, gallery space, or other curatorial reason.

    All unsold work must be picked up by artist no later than 5/17/2013 from FORUM artspace.

    After this show sketchbooks will then be available for pickup from FORUM artspace after May 10th by appointment or from 7-10P on May 14th. Pickup arrangements can simply be made by contacting us.
